1. Booking and Appointments

• Appointments are subject to availability.
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session.
• We may reschedule appointments due to unavoidable circumstances with notice.

2. Payment Policy

• Payment is required at the time of booking or completion of services.
• Partial payments may be accepted if pre-arranged.
• We accept cash, UPI, and online payments as specified.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations should be made at least 6 hours before the appointment.
• No-shows may incur the full charge.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 business days.

4. Health and Safety

• Clients must inform therapists of any health conditions or allergies.
• Aurum Spa is not responsible for undisclosed medical issues.
• We maintain a sanitized environment for safety.

5. Service Experience

• We strive for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience; results may vary.
• Respect towards staff and property is required; abusive behavior may lead to refusal of service.
